Heard the parties.
2. This Civil Misc. Petition has been preferred for restoration of writ petition being W.P.(C) No.5017 of 2018, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 19.09.2022, for removing the surviving defect.
3. Learned counsel representing the petitioners begs an unconditional apology and submits that no sooner the writ petition is restored to its original file, he will remove the surviving defect.
4. Learned counsel representing the opposite parties do not oppose the aforesaid submission.
5. Considering the submission of learned counsel representing the petitioners, this Civil Misc. Petition is allowed.
6. The writ petition being W.P.(C) No.5017 of 2018, is restored to its original file with a condition that the defect, if any, is still not removed, the same shall be removed within four weeks, failing which, this order will not be given effect to.
