03/18.09.2026 This restoration petition has been filed for restoration of WP(S) No. 6308 of 2026, which was dismissed for non-prosecution.
The reason for non-appearance has been mentioned in this petition, which led to the dismissal of the writ petition. Counsel for the petitioner undertakes that if the petition is allowed, he will appear before the Court to argue in the writ petition.
Considering the aforesaid submission, I am inclined to allow this restoration petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
