03/18.09.2026 Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make correction in paragraph 4 of this petition by changing the date. Prayer is allowed.
This restoration petition has been filed for restoration of WP(S) No. 761 of 2026, which was dismissed for non-prosecution.
The reason for non-appearance has been mentioned in this petition, which led to the dismissal of the writ petition. Counsel for the petitioner undertakes that if this petition is allowed, he will appear before the Court to argue in the writ petition.
Considering the aforesaid submission, I am inclined to allow this restoration petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
Consequently, WP(S) No. 761 of 2026 is restored to its original file. List the writ petition as per roster.
