1. In this case, no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioners since long.
2. The order-sheet of 13.09.2024 reflects no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioners, thereafter the matter was listed for 17.01.2025 and no one appeared for the petitioners. Thereafter when the matter was listed for 21.03.2025 no one appeared for the petitioners and again when the case was listed for 25.04.2025, 12.12.2025, 19.06.2026, none appeared for the petitioners and the same was the status of 07.08.2026 when no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
3. Today also when the matter was listed, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this C.M.P. stands dismissed for non prosecution.
5. I.A. No. 4597 of 2021 stands disposed off.
