----- 02/18.09.2026 It is typographical error in the order dated 3.7.2026 passed in WPC No. 4596 of 2026 regarding the area. Thus, in the 5th line of paragraph-1, area ‘1.10 acres’ be read as ‘1.19 acres’. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has wrongly described respondent No. 5 as ‘Circle Officer, P.O and P.S. Balumath, District- Latehar’ in place of ‘Circle Officer, Bariyatu, P.O. and P.S. Bariatu, District- Latehar’. He prays that may be allowed to correct the same in the main writ petition. He submits that similarly necessary correction be made in order dated 3.7.2026 passed in WPC No. 4596 of 2026 in paragraph-3 of the second line. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to make necessary corrections in the array of the respondents in the cause title of the main writ petition in red ink immediately. Further respondent No. 5 in paragraph-3 of order dated 3.7.2026 passed in WPC No. 4596 of 2026 be read as ‘Circle Officer, Bariyatu, P.O and P.S. -Bariyatu, District- Latehar’ in place of ‘Circle Officer, Balumath, P.O and P.S. Balumath Latehar’. The order dated 3.7.2026 passed in WPC No. 4596 of 2026 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only. This Civil Misc. Petition is allowed, accordingly. Let the certified copy of this order be furnished to the petitioner on filing proper application.
