1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the order passed by this Court on 16.07.2024, which is the subject matter of the present contempt case, the reasoned order has been passed.
2. Further, she has submitted that the contempt case may be closed, however, with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum.
3. Regarding the same, there is no opposition by the learned counsel for the concerned opposite party.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant contempt case being Cont. Case (Civil) No. 532 of 2026 stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
