03/ 23.12.2025 The matter relates to Karra P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing the regular bail.
3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has got no objection.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. As such, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
6. It is made clear that if the regular bail application is filed before the learned court, the learned trial court will decide the same in accordance with law without prejudice to this order.
