THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:

CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH

ORAL ORDER

This petition was filed in 2020 and this Court noticed non- impleading of accused by learned counsel for petitioner and granted a week’s time to implead the accused vide order dated 26.07.2024. Inspite of granting sufficient time, for a period of 2 years, no such application is filed to implead the accused as party to the proceedings. Hence, it is very clear that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter even after lapse of 6 years. Therefore, no grounds to continue the proceedings Accordingly, the criminal is dismissed.
