ORAL JUDGMENT

(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R DEVDAS)

Learned counsel for the appellants – Bangalore Development Authority submits that this Writ Appeal also arises from common orders passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.32186/2010 and connected matters which were disposed of on 11.07.2014. A Co- ordinate Bench of this Court has already disposed of the Writ Appeals arising from the said Writ Petitions by order dated 22.02.2024. Learned counsel therefore submits that the Writ Appeal may be disposed of in terms of the orders passed in Writ Appeal No.1783/2014 and connected matters.

2. We see from the order sheet that the private respondent Nos.1 and 2 though served have remained unrepresented.

3. Consequently, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the orders passed by the Co-ordinate Bench

HC-KAR

in Writ Appeal No.1783/2014 and connected matters dated 22.02.2024.
