ORAL ORDER

Despite the matter being called out twice, Sri Raju. J.P. - party-in-person remained absent.

On the last date of hearing, this Court has passed the following:

ORDER

"Notice to respondent No.2 has been ordered by this Court on 27.02.2025. Despite, process has not been paid by the learned counsel for the petitioner. As such, the matter is lying before this Court since one year at the stage of orders. Though there is no good reason to grant further time to pay the process, yet in the interest of justice, finally, one week time is granted to do the needful, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Bench.

If the petitioner failed to pay the requisite process within time frame and the matter is dismissed, upon such dismissal Registry is directed to intimate the said order to the concerned trial Court. If an application is filed for recalling, the same would be considered subject to cost of Rs.15,000/-.
