CRL.P No. 3880 of 2019

THIS CRIMINAL PETITION IS FILED UNDER SECTION 482

OF CR.P.C PRAYING TO QUASH THE COMPLAINT AND

PROCEEDINGS IN C.MISC.NO.475/2018 ON THE FILE OF THE

PRL. CIVIL JUDGE AND JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE OF FIRST

CLASS AT HASSAN.

THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:

CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH

ORAL ORDER

This petition was filed in 2019. The petitioner is not pursuing the matter even after the death of the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court had issued notice to the petitioner and notice was returned within an endorsement that the petitioner has vacated the address mentioned in the petition. Even after lapse of seven years also, the petitioner has neither taken any steps to pursue the matter nor complied with the office objections raised at the scrutiny stage. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
