ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: " a) To allow the above writ petition and grant a Writ of Certiorari to quash the ANNEXURE. D being the Impugned Sale notice dated 07.09.2026.
b) To allow the above writ petition and grant a Writ of Certiorari to quash the ANNEXURE. E being the Impugned Sale notice dated 11.09.2026.
c) Further restrain the Respondent bank from conducting the E-auction which is to be held on 08.10.2026 in respect of the Petitioners property,
d) Award the costs of this petition and other reliefs as this Hon'ble court may deems fit in the above case in the interest of justice."
2. It is forthcoming that the present writ petition is filed impugning the sale notice dated 07.09.2026 (Annexure-D to the writ petition), which is issued consequent to the Digitally Signed by CHEPPUDIRA MONNAPPA POONACHA

measures taken under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 20021.
3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
4. This order will not preclude the petitioner from availing remedies in accordance with law.
5. Pending IAs., if any, stand disposed of.
