ORAL ORDER
Sri.Mahesh., counsel on behalf of Sri.Siddamallappa.P.M., for the appellant has appeared in person. As could be seen from the appeal papers, a memo has been filed by counsel for the respondents furnishing the true copy of the death certificate stating that Sri.S.M.Manjunatha - the sole appellant died on 23.04.2020. Memo along with the true copy of the death certificate is placed on record. A perusal of the same depicts that the sole appellant died on 23.04.2020. The application to bring the legal
