ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: "a. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 to expeditiously dispose of Complaint No. CMP/200903/0006503 dated 03.09.2020 filed by the Petitioner against Respondents No. 2 and 3 (ANNEXURE-D by pronouncing a final judgment and orders therein within 30 (thirty) days; b. Pass such other order or relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."
