Writ Petition No.25537/2026 is filed seeking for the following reliefs: "a). Issue order directing the Officer/Respondent No.1 to issue necessary instructions to the a writ ог concerned Bank authorities to de-freeze the Petitioner's bank accounts, namely,

(ii) 923010052376565 Axis Bank, Lien amount: Rs.83,049.62 Both Branch: Rampur, UP., in view of the endorsement issued by Respondent No. 1, at the Cyber Crime Police Sation of Whitefield, Bangalore, produced herewith at ANNEXURE A.
a) Issue such other relief/s as it deems fit to grant in favour of the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in view of the facts and circumstances of the cases, in the interest of justice."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the disputes between the parties has been amicably settled, consequent to which a letter dated 25.04.2026 has been addressed to the jurisdictional Cyber Crime Police Station and the bank accounts in question have been defreezed.

4. In view of the aforementioned, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petitions.
5. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand disposed of.
