“6. I state that in active implementation of the directions of this Hon’ble Court, the Bangalore Development Authority initiated immediate administrative action to process the Complainant’s request. Initially, a Letter of Information bearing No.BDA/ALAO/LAC/393/08- 09/2025-26 dated 03.02.2026 was issued to the Complainant, clarifying the land details and proposal to place the said matter before the Government for final administrative determination. The said Letter of information was filed on record before this Hon’ble Court along with a Memo on 20.02.2026.

7. I state that subsequently, the Government issued Government Order No.UDD 175 MNX 2020(E) dated 24.08.2026. I further state that following the decision of the Government, the application of the Complainant was meticulously considered on its merits. Since the special incentive scheme strictly applies to those landowners in the NadaprabhuKempegowda Layout who received only cash compensation, the complainant, having received a mixed compensation of partial cash compensation and partial developed sites, was found ineligible under the current framework of the scheme. A copy of the said Government Order is produced as ANNEXURE-R1.

8. I state that in compliance with the directions of this Hon’ble Court to consider the representation in accordance with law, I have examined the representation of the Complainant and issued a detailed Notice/Endorsement bearing No.BDA/ALAO/191/2026-27 dated 25/09/2026, communicating the decision and informing the Complainant that if the Government issues directions in the future to allot sites in cases of partial distribution, his request will be duly considered in accordance with the rules. A copy of the said Endorsement dated 25.09.2026 is produced herewith as Annexure – R2.”

3. A copy of the Government Order and the copy of the Endorsement dated 25.09.2026 are enclosed as Annexures-R1 and R2 respectively.

4. In view of the aforesaid decision on the petitioner's application, we find that the order of the learned Single Judge in the writ petition has been complied with. This petition is consigned. It is however open to the complainant to seek such remedy against the Endorsement, as he may be advised, in accordance with law.
