2. Against the impugned order, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of appeal before the Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru (for short, ‘appellate authority’). The petitioner has filed an appeal before the appellate authority at Bengaluru, the copy of which is produced at Annexure-E. During that time, since the appellate authority was not functioning, the petitioner approached this Court, challenging the impugned order.

HC-KAR

3. None appears for the petitioner. Even on the last occasion, on 18.08.2026, none appeared for the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that, now that the appellate authority is functioning, the petitioner may raise all the contentions before the appellate authority.

5. In view of the above, since the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the appellate authority, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

6. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. (H.T. NARENDRA PRASAD) JUDGE
