Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent.
2. Learned HCGP brings to the notice of this Court that proceedings in Crime No.99 of 2025 registered by Lingadahalli Police Station, Tarikere Rural Circle, Chikkamagaluru for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 74, 115(2), 76, 352, 351(2) of the BNS, 2023 has been quashed as against the petitioner by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3572 of 2026 vide order dated 11.03.2026. He has produced copy of the said order.

3. In view of the aforesaid, this petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
