ORAL ORDER

1. The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to quash the order passed by the District Registrar of Co-operative Societies [respondent No.2] dated 28.01.2026, wherein respondent No.2 held that the Annual General Body [AGM] meeting should proceed smoothly without disrupting day-to-day activities and further, that no major decision regarding financial or administrative matters shall be taken in the AGM scheduled to be held on 01.02.2026 until the enquiry report is submitted under Section 25 (1) of the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 Act [the Act].

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the enquiry under Section 25 (1) of the Act is concluded, report has been submitted, pursuant to which an Administrator has been appointed, the present petition does not survive for consideration.

HC-KAR

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
