ORAL ORDER
Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents.
2. Sri M.R. Rajagopal, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Thilakraj S.V., learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, the respondent-Authorities have not implemented the order dated 28.01.2026 passed
HC-KAR
in W.A. No.388/2025 (Annexure-J). He further submits that exemplary costs be imposed on respondent No.3. However, taking into consideration the factual aspects on record, I am of the view that, respondent No.3 is directed to implement the order dated 28.01.2026 passed in W.A. No.388/2025 (Annexure-J), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
3. It is also made clear that, a writ of mandamus is issued to the respondent No.3 to effect khata in favour of the petitioner in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No.388/2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. SD/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE BKM List No.: 1 Sl No.: 39
