ORAL ORDER
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo, which reads as hereunder:
HC-KAR
“The petitioner submits that, the respondent No.4 had paid salary from November 2025 to March 2026 is paid and therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the above case with liberty to file a representation with respondent No.4 requesting salary from April 2016 to January 2020 and from April 2026 to till date, in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. In light of the same, the writ petition is disposed of as not calling for adjudication, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a representation regarding his request for salary from April 2016 to January 2020 and from April 2026 to till date.
