ORAL ORDER
It is submitted that the charge sheet is filed and the present petition is filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.58/2026 before the Devanahalli Police Station.
2. Since the charge sheet is filed in C.C. No.3432/2026 the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
3. This order will not come in the way of petitioner availing such remedy as available in law.
