Allahabad Vs, The State Of Uttar Pradesh in Crl.A.No.3589/2023 dated 29.02.2024, this Court cannot issue a mandamus to the trial Court to dispose of the cases in a routine manner, unless and until it is an exceptional case or it makes out to be a ground warranting such an order. In those circumstances, this Court do not find any reason to issue a mandamus. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following:

ORDER

i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. ii. Pending IAs., if any, shall stand closed.
