ORAL ORDER

Though matter called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

The petition was listed on 20.08.2026. On that day, counsel for the petitioner had taken two weeks time to do the needful in the matter i.e., payment of up to date rents.

As of today, the rents are not paid. Moreover, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Sd/- (JYOTI M) JUDGE
