ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 and 7 to consider the representation dated 21.11.2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the temporary injunction passed in A.A. No. 7/2023 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dakshina Kannada, which formed the basis for the petitioner’s request for consideration of the representation, has been dismissed for non-prosecution by an order dated 29.10.2025.
3. The petitioner has filed a memo stating that the writ petition has become infructuous as on date.
