ORAL JUDGMENT
Noting submission about death of learned counsel for appellant, Court notice was issued to appellant.
2. On 24.03.2026, though Sri Akersh B.R., learned counsel appeared and undertook to file vakalth for appellant, till date, vakalath is not filed. Despite sufficient opportunity, there is no representation. This would indicate that appellant is not diligently pursuing matter. Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution.
