ORAL ORDER
The limited grievance in the present writ petition is with regard to the extension of the ex parte ad interim temporary injunction granted in O.S. No.547/2026, even after objections were filed, without assigning any reasons.
2. Sri. M. R. Rajagopal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that once an ex parte ad interim temporary injunction is granted and the defendants have filed their objections to the application seeking an ad interim injunction, the Trial Court cannot extend the ex parte temporary injunction without assigning reasons for such extension.
3. Considered the submission made by the leaned Senior Counsel for the petitioners.
4. Considering the limited interference this Court proposes to make, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, it would suffice if the Trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A. No.1 within one month from today. It is submitted that the next date
HC-KAR
of hearing before the Trial Court is 07.11.2026. The petitioner is at liberty to seek advancement of O.S. No.547/2026 for compliance with the direction issued hereinabove.
6. Till then, the interim order already in operation shall continue.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
