ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel appearing on both sides present.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo stating that petition has become infructuous in view of death of the complainant and there was no subsequent development, as a result, complaint came to be dismissed for non-prosecution by an order dated 07.03.2024. The copy of the daily status also placed along with the memo. Learned counsel also seeks liberty may be reserved to revive the present criminal petition, in case of any revival of the complaint.
3. In view of the memo, petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty as sought in terms of the memo.
