1. In this Writ Petition, petitioner is assailing the letter dated 15.09.2026 bearing No.RD96 LGK

(Annexure-F), addressed by respondent No.1 to respondent No.2.

2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on careful examination of the averments in the Writ Petition and the impugned letter dated 15.09.2026(Annexure- F), I am of the view that, as the petitioner is claiming right over the property in question and therefore, any decision that may be taken by respondent No.2 based on the letter dated 15.09.2026 (Annexure-F) has to be made only after hearing the petitioner and opportunity of hearing has to be extended to the petitioner before taking any action in respect of the subject land.

3. It is open for the petitioner to furnish relevant documents in respect of the subject land to respondent No.2 within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

HC-KAR

4. Till consideration of the documents that may be filed by the petitioner, the respondent-authorities are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner, in respect of the subject land.
