ORAL ORDER
In this writ petition, petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus to consider the representation dated 12/20.03.2026 (Annexure-C) in terms of the judgment and decree dated 03.11.2025 in OS No.683/2025 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Devanahalli.
2. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as the respondent - Committee has already passed a resolution dated 22.07.1998, I am of the view that, the respondent

No.4 is directed to consider the representation at Annexure-C after verifying the original records in their office within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
