ORAL ORDER
1. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents.
2. Heard Sri. Siddaramaiah V.B., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Shamanth Naik,

3. In this petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent No.2-Tahsildar to consider the application dated 09.09.2026 at Annexure-H filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of the revenue entries in respect of the subject land, in accordance with the Grant Certificate dated 03.06.2018 produced at Annexure-E.
4. In that view of the matter, respondent No.2- Tahsildar is directed to consider the application dated 09.09.2026 at Annexure-H filed by the petitioner, by verifying the original records available in the office, and take a decision thereon in accordance with law within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
