HC-KAR

3. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 30.06.2025 at Annexure-A; the order dated 24.11.2022 at Annexure-B, and the order dated 31.10.2023 at Annexure-C, passed by respondent Nos. 1 to 3 respectively.

4. The petitioner claims right over the property on the ground that petitioner’s husband-R. Venkatesha, is the adopted son of deceased Venkatamma. However, no document evidencing the alleged adoption has been produced before this Court, nor has the petitioner obtained any declaration from the competent Civil Court declaring that the husband of the petitioner is the adopted son of deceased Venkatamma.

5. In that view of the matter, and as deceased Venkatamma died without leaving any issues, it is open for the petitioner to establish her right over the

property in a manner known to law and, thereafter, approach the revenue authorities for modification of the mutation entries, if so advised.

6. In view of the above, no perversity is found in the orders passed by the respondent-authorities. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
