ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs:
"a) Issue writ of mandamus or any other writ or order or direction, directing the respondent/ Vijayanagara Police Station to complete the investigation fairly, diligently and effectively and submit final report in crime No. 91/2025 (PCR No. 6348/2025) of Vijayanagar Police Station, pending on the file of 24th Addl. CJM, Bangalore within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court, and
b) Grant such other relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity."
