ORAL ORDER
1. The present petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction setting aside or quashing the e-tender dated 07.08.2025 titled "Balance work of Construction of Breakwater, Marine Structure with allied civil works, dredging and reclamation for Fishing harbour at Kulai on EPC Basis" bearing NIT No. CIVIL/CE (C)/EE(C)/38/2025-26 annexed at ANNEXURE
- P;
(ii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction to the Respondent No.1 to 3 from causing any hindrance to the Petitioner from carrying out the work as stipulated in the Agreement CEA/24/2022-23 dated 01.08.2022 Placed at ANNEXURE - C;
(iii) Costs of this Petition be provided for;
(iv) For such other incidental relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit."
