ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs:
"1. Issue a writ of mandamus by directing the respondent to defreeze the account of the petitioner and permit the petitioner herein to use and operate the bank Current Account No. 13180200020431, IFSC.FDRL0001318, maintained with respondent No 3 Federal Bank Ltd, Karnataka.
2. Grant such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity."
