ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; WHEREFORE, the Petitioner in the above case most humbly prays this Hon'ble court be pleased to quash the FIR against the petitioner herein in Crime No.138/2024 of Alur PS registered for offences punishable U/s 352, 351(2), 351(3), 74, 115(2), 324(4), 324(5), 3(5) of BNS, which is pending on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Jr.Dn) and JMFC Court, Alur, Hassan District, in the ends of Justice.
2. A memo dated 25.09.2026 has been filed, signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under; Memo for withdrawal It is submitted that, the above named petitioner prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit him to withdraw the above petition as dismisses in the ends of justice.
3. Accepting the said memo and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
