3. It is noted that CA No.53/2009 was filed by one Mr.Neelakanta Shastri. He died before passing of the orders. Hence, CA No.640/2009 was filed by the LR's to come on record. However, the LR's of Mr.Neelakanta Shastri filed a separate applications in CA Nos.434, 435 and 436 of 2010. The LR's also filed one joint application in CA No.714/2009 and CA No.381/2018. As the LR's have filed separate applications in CA Nos.434, 435 and 436 of
HC-KAR
2010 and this Court has dismissed the applications, the present application does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of as does not survive for consideration.
