ORAL ORDER

These two writ petitions impugn the common order dated 21.09.2026 insofar as it relates to I.A.Nos.1 and 2/2026, whereby, on the applications filed therein, notice has been ordered without considering the prayer for grant of an ex parte ad interim temporary injunction.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pending consideration of the applications, the respondents are attempting to carry out structural changes and alienate the suit schedule properties by creating third-party rights therein.

3. Considering the limited scope of interference that this Court is inclined to make, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4. The respondents are restrained from transferring or creating any third-party rights in respect of the suit schedule properties until consideration of I.A.Nos.1 and 2/2026 pending in O.S.No.7005/2026.

HC-KAR

5. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the said applications within a period of six weeks from the next date of hearing, stated to be 06.10.2026.

6. The Court may act upon the digitally signed PDF copy of this order/judgment uploaded on the official website of the High Court, if produced without insisting a certified copy. The learned counsel may download and print the digitally signed PDF from the official High Court website and produce the same before the Court for necessary action.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
