ORAL JUDGMENT
1. On 11.06.2026, the following order was recorded and on that date, Court notice was issued to the appellants: “Sri.Mallikarjuna Reddy representing Sri.Pradeep.B learned counsel on record for respondent No.2 submits
HC-KAR
that Sri.Vishwanatha Poojary.K learned counsel on record for the appellants is no more.
In the light of the submissions thus made, issue Court Notice to the appellants directing them to pursue the matter either in person by following the prescribed procedure or through an appointed counsel. List the matter on 30.07.2026.”
2. Subsequently, on 30.07.2026 this Court also adjourned the matter awaiting service of notice to the appellants.
3. The report of the Registry dated 01.08.2026, is that appellants could not be served, as they are not residing at that address.
4. Given the service report and the fact that there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant for the last several dates, this matter cannot be proceeded with any further.
5. The appeal is accordingly dismissed for non- prosecution. All pending applications, stand closed.
