ORAL JUDGMENT
Learned High Court Government Pleader has submitted a memo as to the death of appellant - Narayanaswamy who died on 03.03.2025.
The UDR No.2/2025 of Yavudhi Taluk registered under Section 195 of BNSS, 2023 is also filed.
Sub Inspector of Police, Manchenahalli Police Station, Manchenahalli, has also submitted his report that the appellant died on 03.03.2025.
In view of death of appellant, appeal filed by the appellant is abated.
