ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time, submits that witness summons have been already issued against CW-1 and CW-2, who are the material charge sheet witnesses in the present case. Therefore, this petition may be dismissed as not pressed at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to renew his bail application before the Trial Court immediately after CW-1 and CW-2 are examined.
