ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
1. Quash the Crime No.0328 of 2024 by the Rajankunte P.S., Benglauru 2nd A.C.J.M Court Bengaluru, as against the petitioners for the offences punishable under section 3(5), 85 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS);
2. To grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
2. A memo dated 1.10.2026 has been filed, signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under; Memo for withdrawal It is humbly submitted that the matter has been posted for hearing as the charge sheet has been filed, we are praying to withdraw the matter and file fresh matter in interest of justice.
3. Accepting the said memo and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
