ORAL ORDER
The petitioner being aggrieved by the freezing of the account has filed the present petition seeking for the following relief:- "I. Issue a Writ of Mandamus, by directing the Respondent Bank to defreeze the account of the Petitioner and permit the Petitioner to use and operate his bank bearing A/C IFSC No. 10501000014551, No.HDFC0004178, maintained in HDFC Bank branch at NAGARBHAVIBENGALURU, NO.13, 80 FEET ROAD, NGEF LAYOUT, NAGARBHAVI, BENGALURU-560072 and
II. Grant such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity."
2. The learned counsel for respondent - Bank has filed a memo placing on record that an instruction has been received from the National Cyber Reporting Digitally Signed by CHEPPUDIRA MONNAPPA POONACHA

Platform of the Ministry of Home Affairs to hold the account of the petitioner up to a cumulative sum of Rs.1,32,737/-. The same is pursuant to 6 intimations received on 31.08.2026 to 03.09.2026.
3. In view of the aforementioned, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent - bank to maintain a debit freeze amount of Rs.1,32,737/- in the bank account No.10501000014551 of the petitioner and permit the petitioner to operate the bank account beyond the said amount.
4. Pending IAs., if any, stand disposed of.
