ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 28.05.2021 [the impugned order] passed by respondent No.2–Deputy Commissioner, whereby the gun licence was transferred in favour of respondent No.7.
2. Learned counsel appearing for both sides fairly submit that, by order dated 03.08.2026 passed by respondent No.2, the licence issued in favour of respondent No.7 has been suspended on account of the criminal case registered against him in C.C.No.37/2026.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous, as no grievance survives for consideration at this stage.
