ORAL ORDER
This Court vide order dated 17.09.2026 made an observation that counsel on record for the petitioner has notified the petitioner regarding retirement on 25.08.2026 and also made an observation that, till date, the petitioner has not made any arrangement to engage the counsel. This Court also directed the Registry to show the name of petitioner in the cause list and observed that, if the petitioner fails to engage the counsel, the petition will be dismissed.
