ORAL ORDER
This writ petition is filed impugning the order dated 22.06.2026, whereby the application seeking impleadment of the beneficiary under the Will came to be allowed.
2. In the FDP proceedings, the impleading applicant claims a right in the joint family properties, which are the subject matter of the FDP, on the basis of the Will executed by his grandmother. The impleading applicant claims a right in the suit schedule properties on the basis of the said Will, which requires examination. The Trial Court was, therefore, justified in permitting the impleadment. No exceptional ground is made out warranting interference with the impugned order. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
