ORAL ORDER
1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has filed a memo reporting the payment of cost. Memo reads as under: "Appellant's counsel begs to produce herewith the receipt No.1671209 d/29-9-26 for having paid cost of Rs.500/- to the Karnataka High Court Legal Services Committee as per the orders of this Hon'ble Court on 16-09-2026."
2. Another memo is filed. Memo reads as under: "Appellant respectfully states that the parties have the matter settled out of court before the learned Court below. Hence, the WP may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn in the interest of justice."
