ORAL ORDER
Sri.Chandan S.Rao, counsel for the cross-objectors and Sri.T.M.Venkata Reddy, counsel for the respondent appeared in person.
Counsel Sri.Chandan S.Rao submits that as the appeal is settled, the cross-objectors are not pressing the RFA Crob 20/2012.
When queried, counsel on record and the cross- objectors submit that they have taken a conscious decision about non-pressing of the RFA Crob 20/2012.
The submission is placed on record.
