ORAL ORDER
I.A.No.1/2025 is filed for condoning delay of 880 days in filing the LR application, I.A.No.2/2025 is filed for setting aside abatement and I.A.No.3/2025 is filed for bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.10 on record. I.A.No.4/2025 is filed for condoning delay of 376 days in filing the LR application, I.A.No.5/2025 is filed for setting aside abatement and I.A.No.6/2025 is filed for brining the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.9 on record. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Perused the affidavits filed in support of the applications. Though there is an inordinate delay, this Court is inclined to exercise discretion and permit the petitioners to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent Nos.9 and 10 on record. Being satisfied with the cause shown in the affidavits, the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned and abatement is set aside.
