ORAL ORDER
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT BANERJI)
Compliance affidavit filed on 29.09.2026 reflects that the resolution was passed by the Town Planning Committee of the Authority recommending the proposal to the Government for change of land use. The proposal was forwarded to the Government. An approval for change of land use was granted by an order dated 15.07.2026. The stipulated fee was collected from the complainant and the commencement certificate issued by the Authority under Section 14A of the KTCP Act.
2. In view of the aforesaid, since the order of the learned Single Judge of the writ Court has been complied with, this contempt petition is consigned.
